Our retreat is an easy 60-minute drive South of the Gold Coast. Bask in the relaxing atmosphere of this perfectly positioned beach house, only a 10-minute stroll to the cool hub of Suffolk Park and jump in the car and be in Byron Bay Town Centre in under 10 minutes and Lennox Head or Bangalow in 15.
Lara (Yummy Lara) is a devoted Ayurvedic cook focusing specifically on Ayurvedic cooking principles and techniques. as food is medicine for the heart and soul! An advocate for cooking with love, Lara is passionate about restoring our connection to the food we eat by sharing ways to gain a greater understanding of how to nourish the body.

YOUR LONG WEEKEND ESCAPE
Thursday afternoon: 3pm arrive. You will make your own way to beautiful Tallow Beach Tree House and be warned, once you arrive you will not want to leave. Unpack, curl up with a book on the couch, walk bare foot on the sand. It is time to slow down.
Thursday evening: 5pm unwind with a restorative Yin Yoga practice listening to the sounds of nature. Bliss! After practice we will feast over a delicious meal and indulge with some wines.
Friday morning: We will start the day with a revitalising Vinyasa Yoga practice and meditation. After practice you will float off to breakfast and then have the option to journey around the property for a mindful walk.
Friday afternoon: Enjoy some free time for you. You may decide to cosy on the couch with a book, treat yourself to a little shopping trip or simply take a hot bath and have a nap! We will also be hosting an experience in the afternoon of a Pilates Class if you would like a little more.
Friday evening: As the sun begins to set, we will come together for our evening yoga practice and meditation. And then we feast with vino, epic food, and good company! It is Friday night after all!
Saturday afternoon: Enjoy a long stroll along the beach with our new yogi & Pilates friends. Later in the afternoon a Pilates class.
Saturday evening: We will come together for an experience, a Myofascial Yoga Roll and Release workshop! Bliss! And then we feast, good food, good wine, and good company, do weekends get any better than this?
Sunday morning: Enjoy a restful sleep in or join us for the morning activity.
Sunday afternoon: Free time and then our last Pilates class.
Sunday evening: We will come together for an experience, Yoga Nidra Bliss!
And then we feast, good food, good wine, and good company.
Monday morning: Enjoy our last yoga practice before checkout at 10am.
As your long weekend experience comes to a close, you will journey back to the Gold Coast completely recharged and planning your next yoga & Pilates wellness adventure!
Both Jannine and Libby are passionate about creating retreat experiences and will guide you throughout the weekend. Their goal is to assist you in getting the most out of your practice and overall retreat experience.

WHO IS THE RETREAT FOR
We welcome everybody from all fitness levels and walks of life. Whether you are new to yoga | Pilates or well established in your practice, as all your activities are optional, you have the choice to ‘go hard’ or just relax. It is your retreat, so you choose your own adventure! This retreat is also ideal for meeting like-minded people and making new friends, coming together to find new inspirations and to share exciting new adventures. Partners, friends, or family not involved in yoga are also welcomed to come along for the journey.
Our intention is to challenge, deepen and progress your practice whilst also allowing you time to relax, reconnect with yourself. Our retreats are fun and inspiring and will help open your heart, mind, and body to move you towards a more conscious and empowered life.
