Chris’s introduction to Yoga was in 2012 to treat an ongoing back injury, finding this was the next step to building a strong back and body he also found the benefits to his mind and spirit. Chris  teaches Akhanda and his classes are a gentle paced Akhanda Yoga styled classes.
